From Sidewalks to Skylines: An Action Plan for Toronto’s Economy (2025-2035)

Under the heading"Quality jobs" (p.16):

16. Build opportunity for Toronto’s youth. With local partners and the private sector, including the Employment Services System Manager, develop greater employment and professional development opportunities for Toronto’s youth with a focus on Indigenous, Black and equity-deserving groups.

(1) With partners, ensure that there are 10,000 summer jobs for young people by 2026.
