Between 9:50 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2007, and 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, it is alleged that the suspect caused fire damage to waste-disposal bins, and garages in the area near Queen Street West, between Strachan Avenue and Dunn Avenue.
It is further alleged that, on Friday, August 10, 2007, between 2:15 a.m. and 5 a.m., the suspect caused fire damage to three structures, (including a newly constructed townhouse), as well as debris inside a studio, in the Sudbury Street/Florence Street area.

Campbell was convicted on four charges. The other charges were dropped. He was sentenced on July 3, 2009. He went home with his parents. His sentence was time served, a 10-month suspended sentence and two years probation.

Powell, along with Craig Buckle, is accused of participating in an armed robbery of the Beer Store at 323 Symington Avenue. Powell is also accused of shooting at police offers after the robbery. On January 24, police laid the following charges:

3) Conspiracy to Commit and Indictable Offence
4) three counts of Attempted Murder While Using a Firearm
5) two counts of Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized

7) Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
9) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (under)
10) Possession of a Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition.

On Wednesday April 15, 2009 Crown attorney Alan Spiegel told provincial court judge Beverley Brown that the Crown had new evidence in the case. Having reviewed the evidence, the Crown decided there was "no longer a reasonable prospect of conviction" and withrew the 2nd degree murder charge against Pirouzi. However, Pirouzi is still in custody because of other charges he faces.
