Skate lending

One thing that people need if they want to bend the city's approach re our public spaces is financial knowledge -- getting into the nitty-gritty of municipal economics. I don't think free skate lending is viable, and neither is free food. But non-profit skate lending is very viable -- as was the practice formerly.
