Thank you for reaching out and for the opportunity to continue our dialogue following our meeting at Trinity Bellwoods. It was a pleasure to connect with you, Elizabeth and Vijay in person, and we appreciate your engagement with our Partnerships unit. We understand from our meeting that you are asking the City to establish a new rink operating model as a pilot, funded by PFR (not through our established Partnerships process). At this stage there is no funding allocated for this type of programming, and further program conversations should take place with Community Recreation around what is feasible for operations as well as capital in terms of the proposed building alterations.

Below, we've provided responses to your questions, presented for clarity:

1. Regarding the permit fees, you referenced the correct document: https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/municode/1184_441.pdf

2. & 3. In regards to privacy regulations concerning partnerships, the City adheres to the guidelines outlined by Paul Szabo. We do not disclose specific financial details of partnerships, however, residents are welcome to pursue additional information through Freedom of Information requests in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

4. Regarding partnerships overseen by our office, while we don't produce a standalone annual partnership report, the City's Strategic Partnerships unit does provide a high-level overview of partnerships across divisions, types, and sectors. You can find the most recent report for 2022 on the City website link here: City website.

We hope these responses address your queries satisfactorily. Your commitment to understanding and engaging with our processes is valued, and we remain open to further discussions as needed.
