Dufferin Grove Park budget details, 2022 and 2023 (not for winters)

Pizza days

During the last two years pizza was given out free to community users.

Oven staff:
- Total # of staff hours, for 2022 and also 2023
- job responsibilities: prep and take down of pizza days as well as cooking and coordinating camp visits, what else?
Pcard records for 2022 and also 2023:
- Food supplies (dough, sauce, cheese, flour etc),\\ - Cookware (incl plastic storage containers etc)
- Tables, carts, tents, staff raincoats etc.
- Cleaning supplies, staff sunscreen etc.

Summer 2023 crafts

Crafts staff:
- Crafts table staffing (total # of hours)
- CRP supervision (fractional, i.e. what fraction of hours dedicated to DG)

Wading pool staffing

Staffing: - Total hours of onsite pool attendants (total in 2022, and again total in 2023)
- Coordinators (fractional: total hours for DG?)\\ - Coordinator responsibilities: supplies, time sheets, what else?\\ - CRP hours (fractional: 1 CRP for how many WPs?)
