Feb 9 - 12-4pm- Dufferin Grove Park North West Improvements Celebration
Greetings from the Parks and Recreation Events unit.
On behalf of the City of Toronto and Parks and Recreation, I would like to formally invite you to the ceremony and ribbon cutting on February 9th to celebrate the journey and 2024 completion of the Dufferin Grove Park North West Corner Improvements project.
The event will enhance the Sunday skating tradition with the addition of family-friendly DJ Dynamic, complimentary hot chocolate, a performance and site animation by Clay and Paper Theatre, remarks from Councillor Bravo and MP Julie Dzerowicz, and of course – skating.
The ceremony and remarks will commence shortly after 12:00PM on the east side of the Clubhouse. Following the ceremony there will be a small private gathering south of the clubhouse for those included in this email to recognize the generous commitment of time and passion from community through the planning and programming of this iconic Toronto Park.
