Good afternoon, Ms. Mason,

As a result of the postal strike, the City is sending correspondence (including records) electronically wherever possible. Since the records do not contain personal information, a password protected copy of the file is being send to you via email, as you have difficulty using the secure file transfer service.

The case sensitive password will be provided in a subsequent email. Please click on “Unprotect Sheet” to enter the password so that you are able to analyze the file as you wish.
