Hi Tino, Hi Peter,

Attached is a calendar of events to take place at MacGregor park, some of the dates are not confirmed (indicated with an **) but the programs are (on our end at least).

Joint venture with parks, as in the past, is ideal. I'm not clear on how to book, so if this needs to be forwarded to another person/s please indicate that in a reply email (please include that persons email or phone #).

re: field house building

Peter: as per discussion last week, April 21st would be ideal to start using the building on Saturdays, IE. functional toilets and electricity, please let me know if this can happen, or more appropriate date. I understand this is for use of the building on Saturdays and we would be responsible for opening and closing the building till the season opening of May 22.

We would also like the ability to have campfires as part of our programing, specifically: Canada Day July 1st, Drumming workshops drop-in once a week July (for sure) - August maybe, Halloween Party (Archway unveiling) October 28, and Solstice December 21st.

Tino, we are looking for lots of community participation on the Archway project, starting in September, is it possible to get the dates listed in the fun guide for fall/winter?

2 more questions,1.) will Alice be able to return for the summer weekday programs? 2.) Does the aquatics supervisor need to be contacted so we can have some help, and have the pool open longer when appropriate, from the weekend staff? please let me know.

Kristen's emailed both of you to let you know about the Canada Day workshop and performance, the calendar indicates everything we will be doing.

p.s. as stated some dates are not confirmed, drumming will be taking place in June a once a week for 4 weeks, performance on July 1st. (registration required - no charge). drumming in July will be taking place drop in once a week with cooking fire. The dates listed may change, IE, listed as Tuesday may change to Friday. But the program will be offered during those months, Please use as a guide.
