Friday Night Supper

'''Suppers are from 6:00 to 7:30pm,, it's outside in front of the fieldhouse all summer long. There’s a suggested donation ($7 for the main dish, $2 dessert, suggested), all of which goes back into the park, and to pay for the groceries. But if you can’t spare the cash, donate at some other time – nobody goes away hungry! (Of course, if you feel like donating more than the suggested amount, that’s fine too.)

Menu: Meat: French Canadian Sheppard's Pie (Pate Chinois)

Veg: Vegetables Provençal

Both served with a side of coleslaw & green salad

Dessert: Nanaimo Bars

--- The Dinner Menu for August 22nd is in!

There will be three options this time! For the adventurous there is a vegan option of faux Chicken Strips, breaded in a Sweet and Spicy Sauce.

The meat option is Chicken Strips in either a Red Hot Sauce, Honey Garlic Glaze, or simply plain for those with a softer pallet.

Finally, for the Vegetarians who want to play it safe but still don't want the meat we have a gourmet Macaroni and Cheese prepared, made with a bechamel base that is sure not to disappoint! But be prepared for a little spice!

All of the above dinners come with a side of Coleslaw and arrangements can be made for an additional side of Mac and Cheese if it suits your fancy.

Finally, for Dessert, were going to celebrate the height of the summer with Chocolate and Banana or Red Berry Milkshakes that are sure to satisfy all varieties or diner! So come on out, look forward to seeing you there!

hey guys, we have a new cook this Friday: Casey DeCastro!

Ok so here’s the menu:

Main: Spaghetti with a homemade Tomato Sauce w/ Mushrooms (Vegan)

Side One: Salad with Avocado and Goat Cheese (Vegetarian/Vegan without the Goat Cheese) Side Two: Garlic Bread with a Balsamic Glaze (Vegan)

Dessert: Crepes with Berries and Ice Cream (Vegetarian)

-Sorry about the fact that there is no meat option. But we don't need meat for it to be delicious ;)
