About Organizational sustainability
A Part – The Community Process:
We looked at how the community process works, like using a consensus, and including all the members and families, and how important the choice of words can be.
B Part – Building Up The Community Group:
The Garden coordinator is an important person in this garden, however not the only one - delegating the workload to the gardeners – not only takes the stress off of the coordinator, but it empowers the gardeners, and gives them an opportunity to practice their leadership skills
Building up the community group is just as important as
building up the soil for a great community garden!
